The Compassionate Eating philosophy is a way to nourish ourselves with mindfulness, love and awareness of how our food choices affect our bodies, our planet and other living beings. We embody this into our offerings by providing inspiring recipes that are designed to empower people to heal themselves with food on a physical, emotional and spiritual level. This is accomplished with proper food combining, herbs, spices, all organic ingredients and healing intentions. By planting a seed for deeper gratitude and connectedness to the Earth we can fully appreciate the miracle we have on right our plates!

 Our goal is to create the most delicious taste experiences that everyone can enjoy, which is why the meals featured on our site are free from animal products, gluten and other common allergies such as nuts. We also make it a priority to make everything from scratch with no processed or genetically modified ingredients. When we choose local organic produce and ingredients we get to enjoy the gift of pure, high vibration nourishment that is a rare gift in our overly commercialized world.

We also take a step further and buy encouraging people to “green” their shopping habits by purchasing ingredients in bulk using cloth bags to reduce packaging and plastic waste, buying produce from local organic growers and using non-toxic cookware such as stainless steel, cast iron and glass.
